what if I can't afford a will? I don't want my sister to get anything!
ReplyDeleteAnyone can afford a will. Wills can be expensive, but they do not have to be if you are clear and let your attorney know what you want.
ReplyDeleteYou can also make your own (called a holographic will, but you have to write it all out by hand) or type one up and get it witnessed and notarized (depending on where you live, you might need 2 or more witnesses).
I advise against doing-it-yourself, but it is better than nothing. Email me if you need advice.
